The Phoenix ecosystem
Patients move naturally between the two: Compass helps you decide what care to pursue, Navigator helps you live through it.
Research · Verify · Learn · Prepare · Advocate
Verified public records on providers and hospitals, side-by-side comparison, and preparation tools for the decision in front of you.
Prepare · Recover · Organize · Support
Daily care, recovery tracking, medication and appointment organization, and caregiver support after the decision is made.
Patients begin with Phoenix Health Compass to research providers, compare hospitals, prepare for appointments, and build the confidence to advocate for themselves.
When treatment begins, Phoenix Navigator continues the journey with personalized recovery guidance, caregiver support, organization tools, and practical resources.
Together, they create one connected patient experience from the first question through recovery.

Why Phoenix exists
I went into septic shock, went into cardiac arrest, and woke up to a body and a future I did not recognize. Multiple amputations followed. So did months of surgeries, rehabilitation, and learning to live differently.
What I remember just as clearly as the medicine is the confusion. Decisions arrived faster than understanding. Nobody handed my family a map. We were asked to choose surgeons, weigh procedures, and consent to things we could not yet pronounce — while exhausted, frightened, and guessing.
The information we needed existed. It was public. It was simply scattered across federal datasets, state board portals, and quality reports written for regulators instead of patients. That gap is not a medical problem. It is a transparency problem — and transparency is something you can build.
No family should have to navigate healthcare alone.
The Self-Advocacy Center™ was built from the questions I wish someone had taught my family to ask.
“My goal is to give patients and families the clarity, confidence, and tools I wish I had from the beginning.”

Federation of State Medical Boards & member boards
License status, expiration dates and public disciplinary actions, verified state by state.

Build your questions, checklists and Health Binder before the appointment.
Speak up with confidence — know your rights, your questions and how to be heard.
