Privacy, data, and what we never do
Your health information is uniquely sensitive. Phoenix Health Compass is designed around a simple rule: your private health data stays with you unless you explicitly choose to share it.
What we store
- Your account email and hashed password (for sign-in).
- Your subscription status and Stripe customer ID (for billing).
- Any providers or hospitals you save (so they follow you across devices).
- The messages you send to Ask Phoenix (so we can improve safety guardrails and route to the right specialists).
What lives only on your device
- Your Health Binder data (medications, questions, appointments, contacts, equipment, recovery plans, expenses, events). It is stored in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers unless you export or explicitly share it with a household member.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
- We never store your credit card number — payments go directly to Stripe.
- We never diagnose or prescribe. Ask Phoenix is an educational navigator, not a clinician.
- We never share your data with insurers, employers, or law enforcement without a valid legal order.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your account any time from **Account → Settings**, or by emailing privacy@phoenixhealthcompass.com. All server-side data associated with your account is removed within 30 days.
