Using the Health Binder
Your Health Binder is a private, browser-based workspace for organizing everything you need during a hospital stay, recovery, or ongoing care. It supports multiple family members, and nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
What lives in the binder
- **Medications** — with dosages, prescribers, and refill dates.
- **Questions** — running list to bring to appointments, tagged by topic.
- **Appointments** — dates, providers, addresses, and follow-up notes.
- **Contacts** — clinicians, care team members, family, and emergency contacts.
- **Equipment** — durable medical equipment tracking with suppliers and coverage notes.
- **Recovery plans** — day-by-day checklists generated by the AI Recovery Planner.
- **Expenses** — receipts and bills, useful for tax deductions or FSA/HSA reimbursement.
- **Events** — hospital stays, ER visits, surgeries, with linked notes.
Managing multiple family members
Add each person you help care for on the **Family** page. Every member gets their own separate binder. Switch between them from the top of any binder page. On the same Family page you can also invite a spouse or professional caregiver by email — they sign in and see the household you share with them at whatever role you assign (viewer or caregiver).
Exporting and sharing
Use the **Export** page to generate a PDF snapshot of the active binder — ideal for handing to a new clinician, a home health nurse, or a family member during a hospital admission.
