Phoenix Health Compass is designed to be useful without knowing who you are. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Public search on Phoenix Health Compass does not require an account. We collect only minimal, aggregated analytics (page views, referrer, approximate region) to keep the service running. For Premium members we additionally collect the email address used to sign in and any content you choose to save to your private workspace.
How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- To provide Premium features such as saved providers and appointment tracking.
- To respond to your support requests.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell or share individual search history.
- We do not accept payment from providers to influence how their record is displayed.
Data retention
Anonymous analytics are retained for a rolling 13-month window. Premium workspace data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information tied to your Premium account at any time by contacting us via the Contact page.
Public records disclaimer
Physician and hospital records displayed on Phoenix Health Compass originate from public government and non-profit datasets. Requests to modify a public record must be directed to the originating source (for example, the relevant state medical board).
